We believe that expanding your horizons is essential to growth. That is why we invite you to leave your cosy house and travel to India. You will break your patterns and get a new perspecive on life and all the worries that you have to deal with on a daily basis.

Mandrem Beach, located in the northern part of Goa, is well known for its peace and tranquility, and is located far away from the crowd, noise, and any distractions of daily life. You will be surrounded by endless beaches, swaying palm trees, and the warm Arabian Sea at your feet.

Here you will get inspired by yourself, the teachers and fellow participants and work towards a better life.

Reset Mind, Body and Soul

The stress and strains of daily life create tension and this tension robs the mind of its serenity. Yoga Nidra removes the stress and restores the elasticity of your mind.

Mental pressure is often so high that we compromise on sleep and relaxation. They are equally important to you as food and exercerise, but we don’t give enough attention to this aspect.

Yoga Nidra’s first aim is to relax a person. A healthy spirit needs a healthy body. We will accomplish this through yoga asana’s, meditation, healthy food (in great restaurants around the venue), techniques to relax body and mind and optimize your energie.

Discover your own dream

One great way to discover your dream and pursue it is being able to experience it. We will take the time to be involved in the environment that you want to be in. You will focus on yourself and create your first Sankalpa (an intention formed by the heart and mind) which in later stages will be refined.

You will create your dream resolution based on what resonates with you.

Yoga Nidra is a poetic practice which opens a deeper layer of the mind and awakens the intuitive self. Through the practice you will rejuvenate the entire human organism: The Physical, Psychological and Pranic.

Through Yoga Nidra tools and prioritizations we will help you to declutter your cluttered monkey-mind.

Expand the Potential of the Mind

Yoga Nidra is a path to the state of enlightenment reached by many masters. Its secrets are handed down orally and written in scriptures. Since we depend so much on our little-known logics and our limited knowledge, we don’t realize that there is more to this universe and its dimensions.

To reach those dimensions we need to learn how to go deeper in and leave the known world behind us. This will allow us to go deeper into these realms, which are unknown to most of us. Yoga Nidra is a process that comes easily to anyone, regardless age or IQ, and shows us the lesser know territories of our existence.

This course trains you on how to guide others in Yoga Nidra, whilst facilitating your own transformation. Yoga Nidra accesses your sub and unconscious mind, and it gives you the formula to design on your own universe.

Dunes Holiday Village, our lush home and shala for the length of the retreat, is easy to reach and located in an inexpensive and absolutely safe area. Without any worry, you can enjoy fresh juices, fruit salads and Indian-Western fusion meals in several cozy, close-by restaurants and cafés. During breaks, you can spoil yourself with beauty treatments and massages or rent a motorbike to explore the laid-back scene of cheerful Arambol. This is also the place to look for souvenirs and books to take back home with you.

The locals are very friendly and accustomed to western travelers who have been visiting Goa for decades. The Portuguese colonial period has left a strong cultural heritage that you will experience in the cuisine, architecture and the Christian traditions which locals cherish greatly.

You can come by air

Please book your flight to arrive Goa International Airport (GOI). Alternatively, you can fly first to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (BOM) in Mumbay and then take a domestic flight to Goa, which is the nearest airport. It is about 1.5 hours with a taxi. Ground transport can be arranged by Yogalife and is about € 20-30 EUR per person.

RYT 500 Certification

Yogalife offers different modules that can be taken individually for continuing education and combined by personal choice (no matter in which order).

It takes and estimated two years to complete the full 500-hour training (including the 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training).

The trainings that are part of this program are open to any student of any school that is already a 200-hour certified yoga teacher.
