Asana & Pranayama
Dynamic Yoga Sessions with Sanjeev: this class will cover the practices of asana and pranayama. Combined together these practices will impact the nervous system immediately, allowing deeper relaxation and calmness to expand your awareness
Conscious Breath and Movement
This session is accessible and empowering to all practitioners. The importance of breathing and conscious breath combined with movement (asana practice) is given special attention. In the Pranayama breathing exercises you will rediscover your breath – which will cleanse your body and mind, recharge your batteries with new energy and open your channels.
While the asana practice, Sanjeev will initially explore the sensations of the stretch, gradually increasing towards the aim to build physical vitality, increase consciousness and develop spiritual awareness.
