Becoming a Yogalife teacher
200h yoga teacher training
200hrs yoga teacher training
Internationally Certified Program with Roots in India

You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to feel ready for something more.
This 200-hour training is for people at all stages of practice: from curious beginners to seasoned teachers. What brings them together is a sense that yoga has more to offer than they've found so far.
And it does. Because real yoga was never just about the postures. It goes back to what yoga actually asks of us: to know ourselves a little better, to understand how we're wired, to navigate life with more clarity and steadiness. You'll learn to teach, yes. But most graduates will tell you that what changed their life wasn't learning to cue a warrior pose. It was what they discovered about themselves along the way.
Rooted in 25 years of tradition, taught by faculty from India and Europe, and built for people who are ready to go deeper into yoga, and into themselves.
