Create the Life of your Dreams
Yoga Nidra is a process of relaxation. A technique to show us how letting go on a physical and emotional level allows us to dive into those areas within us that remain unexplored.
Yoga Nidra is a path to the state of enlightenment reached by many masters. Its secrets are handed down orally and written in scriptures. Since we depend so much on our little-known logics and our limited knowledge, we don’t realize that there is more to this universe and its dimensions.
To reach those dimensions we need to learn how to go deeper in and leave the known world behind us. This will allow us to go deeper into these realms, which are unknown to most of us. Yoga Nidra is a process that comes easily to anyone, regardless age or IQ, and shows us the lesser know territories of our existence.

What you will learn

Higher stages of Raja Yoga
Yoga Nidra’s ultimate purpose is to take you deep into a state where you are fully unified with your inner being. In this process, the conscious mind withdraws itself so that the subconscious mind comes to the forefront. This is where the real opportunity lies in Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra resides in the higher stages of Raja Yoga and reaching it can be very difficult through other practices.

The Source of Yoga Nidra
The Sanskrit word Yoganidrā is composed of two words, “yoga” and “nidrā ” meaning yoga and sleep. It is an ancient technique derived from an old Tantric technique of Nyasa which kept developing through centuries. Today, it has become a practice used across many contemporary yoga styles.

Learn from previous experiences
We are grateful, honored – and very happy – to present the real-life experiences of one of our students, Lene, while her Yogalife Teacher Training in Bonn, Germany. We have been enjoying her narrative while the whole TTC, and thanks to her permission to translate them in English, we now can share them with all of you. Enjoy!
Yoga Teacher Training – Part 4: Anatomy and I, Really?
“I’m almost 38 years old and for the first time in my life I have a real thirst for knowledge.”
Yoga Teacher Training – Part 3: The “Alien Glasses”
The third weekend of the training. There’s a lot of stuff buzzing around in my head. Very interesting stuff though. I learned so much that works in me now.
Silent Observation
It feels so right for me and I feel so well cared for there that I can hardly wait for the Yogalife Teacher Training to continue.
I will become a yoga teacher
I am learning to get involved with something new, to question all my beliefs, and to see the world in a new light.
