Within the body there are five movements or functions of prana known as the vayus or energy flow.These five vayus control different areas of the body, physical and subtle activities of the body as well. When the five vayus are functioning harmoniously, they assure the health and vitality of the body and mind, allowing us to enjoy our unique talents and live life with meaning and purpose.
