The certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the TTC. Successful completion requires 100% attendance and passing of practical and written tests. The certificate will remain YogaLife property.

- Teaching Methodology: you will start teaching from day 1
- Practice: Meditation, Pranayama, Asanas, Mantra etc.
Second week: Yoga and the Body
- Hatha Yoga, Shatkarma
- Yogic body, Chakras/Nadi, Anatomy
- Teaching Methodology
Third Week: Philosophy and Core Principles
- Prana Vayu, Koshas and Core principles
- Introduction to Nutrition
- Teaching Methodology
- Students Teaching AM/PM
- Mid Term, Recaps, Visit
Forth Week: Creating your class, assessments
- Building your sequence and your style
- Personal evaluations, presentations, assessments

In total: 90 hrs of practice, 50 hrs of teaching, 70 hrs of lecture and assessments

Graduates are eligible to become Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance.
