In this Hatha Prana Workshop Series Poonam will offer you a dynamic mix of
asana's (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudra's (gestures), dharana
(concentration), dhyana (meditation) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).
The asana's (postures) are specially designed to energize, stretch, balance and
relax the entire body. They improve the flexibility and increase the physical and
mental strength. In combination with pranayama (breathing) the breath can
freely dance throughout the body. Since we are offering this course a few times
a year, there is a possibility to deepen your knowledge and practice. All levels
