What is Facial Yoga ?
Facial Yoga is currently the “in thing” among beauty circles and comes as a boon to both sexes who want to look young and beautiful. In fact, facial yoga postures have been derived and inspired by yoga mudras and pranayamas which have existed since thousands of years in ancient yogic scriptures.


Over the years, pollution, bad eating habits, inorganic food, chemical induced cosmetics and most importantly, insufficient use of the facial muscles help form fine lines and wrinkles. Facial yoga exercises your facial muscles making your face look taut, beautiful and glowing alongwith bringing awareness to the facial sense organs.
