This session will be a fun yet interactive session where Sanjeev will take you through a series of classical sun salutations interlaced with mantras and rounds of ‘kumbhaka’ or breath retention. He will gently nudge you to challenge your external physical awareness while enabling you to explore your internal asana through his one of a kind traditional sequence.
Be prepared to see this gentle being bend...mold...and fold you to depths that were once non-existent. His unique hands on adjustments breaks the chains of long held stress, emotions or unblocked prana.
