& Thea Marais
The facilitator of this program has been working in Stress
Management for many years - one via the body and the mind and
the other via the mind and the body. His work incorporates
Comprehensive Stress Management Interventions developed during
their years of experience. The combination of the different
fields of expertise makes his program unique, practical and
long-lasting.
Thea Marais
Thea is a Registered Nurse and Health Educator as well as
being both a Health and Clinical Psychologist. She has worked
in South Africa, the United Kingdom and more recently in
France and Switzerland.
In her work as a nurse she saw how physical illness and
emotions were interlinked and explored this further during her
Psychology studies. For almost 20 years she has been
interested in Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (PNI) and worked in the
field of Stress Management. She has worked with individuals
assisting them to manage their stress and improve their lives.
She has also worked with both small and large organizations
running Stress Management Workshops, Change Management
Workshops and Team Building Workshops.
Sanjeev has the unique ability to bridge between the
traditional Indian yoga culture and the western needs without
compromising the essence of yoga. His experience, unique
approach and dedication to his work inspire individuals and
whole teams to excel themselves and engage in life more fully.
