Regular classes
Yogalife teachers interview each individual and take note of their expectations and needs. The Yoga sessions subsequently flows to address these needs.

During the regular classes participants follow a sequence of yoga postures and breathing exercises. They will learn different ways and methods of relaxation like Yoga nidra and meditation.

During the sessions each of the participant will be able to address their personal needs.

Chair Yoga and Desktop Yoga

Yogalife Chair Yoga and Desktop Yoga is very useful tools in mind-body balance sessions, which was introduced for the first time in India by us after various conducting tremendously successful sessions in organizations like United Nations Office in Rome and Geneva. As the title suggests, Yoga asanas are done while seating on the chair.

Chair sessions are designed on the basis of yoga for those who work long hours at their desk. They can be followed in office cloths.

 

10 minute is what it is needed; can be practiced any time of the day or night, which can give you a major relief from any pains and aches in the body. There is no need to leave your desk to get positive energy boost.
