We have just finished the 6th Yogalife Teachers Training Course in Norbulingka Institute in Dharamshala, the summer palace of His Holiness Dalai Lama. Yogalife teachers were invited and blessed by His Holiness Karmapa who also visited the Yogalife training.

The Yogalife Studio offers daily classes at 7.00 and 8.00 as well as PowerYoga at 18.30 in the evening in Defence Colony. We are newly offering Kids Yoga, every afternoon from 16:00-1700 at the Studio.
